حساب ضِياوان والمزامنة

يمكن استخدام التطبيق دون تسجيل الدخول للوظائف المحلية. عند اختيار تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple، يحفظ ضِياوان نسخة سحابية من المناسبات والضيوف وخطط التجهيز لعرضها على أجهزتك. ترتبط هذه النسخة بمعرّف Apple خاص بالتطبيق ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات أو التتبع.

بيانات الدعوة

يمكن للمضيف تفعيل التسجيل المفتوح لكل مناسبة. عندها يستطيع من يملك الرابط العام الاطلاع على تفاصيل المناسبة وتسجيل اسمه وعدد مرافقيه وردّه وملاحظته دون حساب. لا يعرض الرابط العام قائمة الضيوف أو ردودهم. نحفظ في متصفح الضيف رمزاً عشوائياً ورابط تعديله الخاص لتجنب تكرار التسجيل عند إعادة المحاولة؛ ليس ذلك تحققاً من هويته عبر الأجهزة. يمكن للمضيف إغلاق التسجيل مع الاحتفاظ بالردود السابقة. تذكيرات الضيوف بطلب المضيف فقط، ويُحفظ وقت آخر مشاركة أو رسالة للمساعدة في منع التكرار؛ إتمام المشاركة لا يثبت التسليم.

Hosts can enable open registration per gathering. Anyone with the public link can view event details and submit their name, party size, response and note without an account. The public link does not reveal the guest list or other responses. We store a random submission key and private edit link in the guest browser to prevent duplicate registrations on retries; this does not identify a person across devices. Hosts can close registration while retaining previous responses. Guest reminders are initiated by the host. The last reminder share or email time is retained to help prevent repeated reminders; completing a share does not prove delivery.

عند عرض صفحة الدعوة، نسجل أول فتح لرابط الدعوة لإظهاره للمضيف. لا يمثل ذلك تحققاً من هوية الضيف أو عدد الأشخاص الفريدين، وقد لا تُسجّل بعض الزيارات. لا نستخدم معرّف جهاز أو ملف تعريف ارتباط لهذا السجل. يستطيع من يملك الرابط الاطلاع على الدعوة وتعديل ردها؛ يرجى عدم مشاركة الرابط الشخصي. يُحذف سجل الفتح مع بيانات الدعوة عند حذف حساب المضيف.

When an invitation page is displayed, we record the first observed opening of that invitation link for the host. This is not identity verification or a count of unique people, and some visits may not be recorded. This record uses no device identifier or cookie. Anyone holding the personal link can view the invitation and change its response; please do not forward it. The opening record is deleted with the invitation data when the host deletes their account.

Your browser stores your invitation language choice on your device so it is kept when you return. This preference is not sent to our database or used for advertising.

يستخدم ضِياوان اسم الضيف ورقم الهاتف أو البريد الذي يضيفه المضيف وتفاصيل المناسبة والرد على الدعوة لعرض الدعوة للمستلم ومساعدة المضيف على التخطيط. يمكن للمضيف أيضاً تسجيل وقت وصول الضيف والعدد الفعلي وملاحظة تشغيلية في يوم المناسبة. يُستخدم رقم الهاتف لإنشاء رابط WhatsApp مخصص على جهاز المضيف؛ لا يرسل ضِياوان الرسالة تلقائياً، بل يراجعها المضيف ويؤكدها داخل WhatsApp. إذا فعّل المضيف المزامنة السحابية، تصبح بيانات الضيف والوصول جزءاً من نسخة المناسبة المشفرة أثناء النقل. لا ننشر ردود الضيوف أو سجل الوصول علناً ولا نبيع بياناتهم.

المضيفون المشاركون

يمكن لصاحب المناسبة إنشاء رمز تعاون صالح لاستخدام واحد ومشاركة مناسبة محددة مع مضيف مشارك. يستطيع المضيف المشارك رؤية وتعديل ضيوف تلك المناسبة ومهامها وخطة الضيافة، لكنه لا يستطيع الوصول إلى المناسبات الأخرى في حساب صاحب الدعوة. تنتهي صلاحية الرمز غير المستخدم خلال سبعة أيام، ويمنع التحكم بالإصدارات أن تستبدل التعديلات المتزامنة بيانات الحساب بالكامل.

تسجيل الدخول والبريد الإلكتروني

عند اختيار البريد الرسمي، نتحقق من هوية المضيف عبر تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple لمنع إساءة الاستخدام. يمكن للمضيف إضافة بريد رد بعد التحقق منه؛ نحفظ هذا العنوان حتى يغيّره أو يحذفه، ونرسله إلى Resend كعنوان رد كي تصل إجابات الضيوف إليه مباشرة. يُرسل عنوان بريد الضيف ومحتوى الدعوة إلى Resend لتنفيذ الطلب فقط. يعرض التطبيق حالة الإرسال والتسليم، وقد يعرض الفتح بصورة تقريبية باستخدام صورة قياس صغيرة أو النقر على رابط؛ يمكن لبرامج البريد حجبها أو تحميلها مسبقاً. لا نستخدم عناوين بريد الضيوف للتسويق، ونحتفظ في سجلات التسليم ببصمة غير قابلة للقراءة لعنوان الضيف لأغراض الحد من الإساءة والتشخيص.

تحليلات اختيارية · Optional product analytics

جمع تحليلات الاستخدام الاختيارية غير مفعّل في الإصدار 1.2.0 من التطبيق. لا يرسل هذا الإصدار أحداث تحليلات الاستخدام الاختيارية. لا يشمل ذلك بيانات المزامنة والاشتراكات وحالة الدعوات اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة والمبيّنة في هذه السياسة. سنحدّث السياسة ونطلب موافقة منفصلة قبل تفعيل التحليلات الاختيارية في إصدار لاحق.

Optional product analytics collection is disabled in app version 1.2.0. This version does not upload optional product analytics events. This does not exclude cloud sync, subscription verification or invitation status records needed to provide the service and described in this policy. Before enabling optional analytics in a future release, we will update this policy and request separate consent.

نقطة اللقاء والاشتراكات · Meeting points and subscriptions

إذا أضاف المضيف نقطة لقاء، تُحفظ الإحداثيات الدقيقة وتعليمات الوصول مع المناسبة عند مزامنتها أو مشاركتها. يستطيع الأشخاص المخوّلون أو من يملك رابط الدعوة المناسب الاطلاع عليها؛ لا نتتبع حركة الجهاز في الخلفية. للتحقق من Pro نحفظ معرّفات معاملات Apple والمنتج وبيئة الشراء وحالة الاشتراك وتاريخ انتهائه مرتبطة بحساب ضِياوان. لا نتلقى رقم بطاقة الدفع أو كلمة مرور حساب Apple.

If a host adds a meeting point, its precise coordinates and arrival instructions are stored with the gathering when synced or shared. Authorized participants or holders of the applicable invitation link can view them; we do not track device movement in the background. To verify Pro, we store Apple transaction and product identifiers, purchase environment, subscription status and expiry linked to the DIYAWAN account. We do not receive payment card numbers or Apple account passwords.

Marketing is a separate, optional use of the host's verified reply email, only after explicit agreement to receive gathering inspiration, product updates and offers. It is off by default and is not required for sign-in, Pro or invitations. We store the address, language, consent timestamp and wording version, subscription status and an unsubscribe token. Guests and existing users are never automatically enrolled. Unsubscribe in app Settings or through the link in each marketing email without signing in. Changing, removing or reverifying the reply email requires fresh consent; subscription does not transfer automatically. The latest consent and opt-out record is retained to respect your preference until account deletion, which removes it. No marketing campaigns are sent merely by enabling this preference.

تُحفظ بيانات الرد ما دامت مطلوبة لتقديم خدمة الدعوة. يستطيع المستخدم حذف حساب ضِياوان من الإعدادات داخل التطبيق؛ يؤدي ذلك إلى حذف النسخة السحابية والمناسبات والضيوف وبريد الرد وسجلات التسليم المرتبطة بالحساب، وإبطال جلسات ضِياوان القديمة. يحتفظ النظام ببصمة غير قابلة للقراءة ووقت الحذف فقط لمنع إعادة استخدام جلسة محذوفة. ويمكن للضيف التواصل عبر صفحة الدعم لطلب تصحيح أو حذف رده.

تذكيرات المناسبات اختيارية، وتُنشأ محلياً على الجهاز بعد موافقتك. عند اختيار إضافة مناسبة إلى التقويم، يطلب ضِياوان إذن الكتابة ويضيف تفاصيل المناسبة إلى تقويم الجهاز؛ لا يقرأ التطبيق أحداث التقويم الأخرى. لا نستخدم أذونات الإشعارات أو التقويم للإعلانات ولا نرسل سجل التذكيرات أو أحداث التقويم إلى الخادم.

English summary

DIYAWAN can be used locally without signing in. A host may add a guest name, phone number, or email and may record arrival time, actual party size, and an operational note on event day. Phone numbers are used on the host device to create personalized WhatsApp links; DIYAWAN never sends the WhatsApp message automatically, and the host reviews and confirms it in WhatsApp. If you choose Sign in with Apple, DIYAWAN stores a cloud copy of gatherings, guests (including contact details and event-day arrival data the host added), and preparation plans under an app-specific Apple identifier so the data can appear on your devices. A host can create a single-use, seven-day collaboration invitation for one gathering. An accepting co-host can view and edit that gathering's guests, tasks, hospitality plan, and event-day status, but cannot access the owner's other gatherings. Version checks prevent concurrent collaboration from replacing an entire account snapshot. Official email uses the Apple session to prevent misuse. A host may verify a reply email; DIYAWAN stores it until changed or removed and sends it to Resend as Reply-To. Invitee email and invitation content are sent to Resend solely for delivery. Delivery and open status may be approximate because email software can block or preload tracking signals. Guest contact details, responses, and arrival records are not public, sold, or used for marketing. Account deletion is available in app Settings and removes the account cloud copy, associated gatherings, guests, reply email, collaboration membership, and delivery records; only a non-readable deletion marker is retained to invalidate old sessions. Optional gathering reminders are scheduled locally after permission. When the host chooses Add to Calendar, DIYAWAN requests write-only Calendar access and adds that gathering to the device; it does not read other calendar events. Notification and Calendar permissions are not used for advertising, and calendar events are not sent to our server. Guests may request correction or deletion through Support.
